Shipping Policy

Eclipse Beads ships across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to every order.

Prepaid orders receive a ₹50 discount, so shipping is effectively free.
Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional ₹50 COD handling fee.

The exact total is always shown at checkout before you pay or confirm.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed, on working days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually at the faster end of that range.

Delivery may take longer during festivals, public holidays, regional disruptions or extreme weather. We will keep you updated if your order is affected.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp once your order ships. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will chase it with the courier.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across serviceable pin codes in India. We may call or message to confirm COD orders before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order may be held or cancelled.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched, and orders returned because of an incorrect address are treated under our Refund Policy.

Failed or refused deliveries

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails or is refused, the parcel returns to us. Prepaid orders are refunded less shipping costs already incurred.
