About us

Products

Our jewellery is fashion jewellery made from stainless steel, titanium steel, alloy, glass, crystal and imitation stones or pearls, unless a product page states otherwise. It is not precious metal and is not hallmarked. Descriptions such as “silver-tone” refer to finish and colour, not material.

Product photographs are representative. Colour, shine and finish may appear slightly different in person because of screen and lighting variation. Measurements are approximate and may vary a little between pieces.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, run promotions or withdraw products at any time without notice.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — for example where stock is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details.

Care and suitability

Avoid contact with water, perfume, sanitiser and household chemicals, and store pieces dry. Some people are sensitive to certain metals; if you have a known metal allergy, please consider this before buying. Keep small pieces away from young children.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Eclipse Beads and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
